Doorsets

In partnership with the UK’s leading manufacturers, we supply a range of FD30 to FD120 independently tested doorsets to suit all market sectors. These include fire doorsets, acoustic doorsets, and bespoke doorsets in a large selection of market leading finishes. Suitable for sectors ranging from domestic & commercial to education, healthcare, and mental healthcare.

Quick and easy to install, P&O doorsets come complete with all necessary components including door leaf, door frame, ironmongery and intumescent seals. They can also include vision panels in various shapes and sizes, including circular, square or rectangular.

All P&O doorsets are manufactured and checked in-house at our manufacturing partners’ factories by skilled craftsmen, then packed and delivered direct to site for straightforward installation by your contractors.

Fire Door Inspections

Through our doorset manufacturer partners, we offer fire door inspections. Their accredited FDIS inspectors will visit your site and produce a comprehensive report. From this survey a schedule of necessary works and/or ironmongery can be produced.

The Fire Door Inspection Scheme (FDIS) was launched as a joint venture by the British Woodworking Federation (BWF) and the Guild of Architectural Ironmongers (GAI) in 2012. The inspection covers for example the condition, suitability, and compliance of the door frame, door leaf, hinges, ironmongery, signage, glazed apertures, and intumescent products.

Master Keys

We supply new suites of master keyed locks and additions or extra keys for your existing lock suites. Certain master keyed suites are supplied through registered stockists so, in rare cases, we may have to forward your enquiry to another provider.

For anything from a lock for a single extra door, up to an entirely new building or site, we can talk you through the process of selecting lock types and scheduling which keys give access to which rooms. We can provide lock assembly, key cutting, and servicing of master keyed locks.

Throughout our history we have provided master keyed lock systems for e.g. hospitals, hotels, schools, and historic buildings and we continue to provide replacement locks and keys to the end-users for many of them.

Scheduling

In consultation with architects and specifiers we produce schedules of ironmongery for any size or type of project.
